The Technical Admin, Prototype Support position is assigned activities to manage prototype hardware in support of the EPS product line and conducts inventory managemet of prototype material (incoming, outgoing and on-hand) to ensure necessary activities can be fulfilled through product validation, vehicle demonstrations, and customer prototype orders.What you can look forward to as Technical Admin, Prototype Support:
Work with purchasing department to manage the prototype process regarding quotation, supplier selection, purchase requisition creation, purchase order issuance, supplier delivery timeline, to the material delivery.
Manage the Engineering BOM and pedigree for all prototypes to ensure good traceability.
Maintain inventory tracking of parts from order, availability, and usage.
Oversee prototype quality through the Product Control Plan.
Provide regular report outs regarding inventory status.
Your profile as Technical Admin, Prototype Support:
Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) OR a High School Diploma + 10 Years related experience will be considered in lieu of Associate’s degree
Experience with Power BI necessary
Expertise with Excel (Inventory Management, Financial Reports)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail is critical
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions is necessary
