A bachelor’s degree in Early Education or a related field is required
3+ years teaching experience required
Demonstrated classroom management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of skill in teaching mathematics via concrete and abstract methods
Strong understanding of the science of reading and a proven ability to teach all readers using phonemic and phonological awareness
An attitude that exemplifies teamwork and personal responsibility
Ability to include technology elements into all aspects of instruction
Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters

Actively participate in the extracurricular life of the School

The salary range for this position is $45,000-$70,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience and relevant skills. Benefits include Medical, Dental, 401k, and generous time-off.
