Responsibilities
Answer phones
Update customer accounts
Data Entry
Answer inquiries and provide information about services
Shipping and receiving duties as required
Assist marketing in marketing efforts
Manage new, existing and impending loss customer activity
Process customer requests and orders
Resolve customer concerns
Welcome/sell services to new customers via phone and face to face
Sell new and existing services to clients
Respond to customer calls/emails immediately and effectively
Education
High School Diploma
Some College / Trade school preferred
Qualifications
Previous experience in a related occupation
Advanced computer skills
Excellent phone skills
Customer Service/Sales Experience
