Description We are offering a role for a Accounting Administrator in the heart of Kenner, Louisiana. This role is crucial to our client's operations, with the main focus being on processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and handling any customer credit inquiries. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the service industry, using your skills to ensure the smooth running of our financial processes.Responsibilities: Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer credit records. Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely manner. Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly. Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary. Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, or similar ERP software for financial management. Handling tasks related to invoicing, general ledger, cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Assisting with billing and collections, particularly in a commercial context. Ensuring excellent customer relations and effective problem-solving.
