Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This position requires strong time management skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and a friendly demeanor to effectively manage front desk responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner.
Manage and Field Maintenance calls, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office staff.
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks as needed.
Utilize Google Suite tools for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Experience
Experience Helpful, but Not Needed
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and or excel is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
Familiarity with customer support practices and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
