Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Harahan, Louisiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement strategies, promoting teamwork and creative thinking, and managing execution to achieve results. This role involves working in both office and field environments, and requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, both orally and in writing. Responsibilities: Implement continuous improvement strategies across the organization Promote teamwork and creative thinking among team members Manage execution to attain results and meet shifting deadlines Handle new tasks and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment Maintain professionalism and create employee satisfaction Work productively in office and field environments Exhibit excellent editing, prooing, grammar, and spelling abilities Read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, clients, and customers Exhibit a high degree of discretion, judgment, tact, and poise Demonstrate expert proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Requirements Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a managerial position. Proficiency in Compensation Administration is essential. Must have a solid understanding of Compliance within the HR framework. Experience in Employee Relations is required. Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration is necessary. Proficiency in using Paylocity HR software is a plus. Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information is essential. Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills are required. Must have a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. Experience in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives is desired. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is necessary.
