This Customer Service Representative job is short-term contract to full time opportunity, and located in Harahan, Louisiana. This position is located in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center.Your responsibilities in this role
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Requirements - Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Microsoft Excel experience
Microsoft Word experience desired
Customer service and office administrative skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
