Supplemental Information62/12037/MSB/10.01.24-TR MECHANIC SUPERVISOR B - HAMMOND, LA- District 62 ABOUT THIS POSITION: The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the overall operation of the heavy equipment repair shop that includes a lowboy driver, master welder, mechanic body repairer, two road mechanics, and four master mechanics. This position is located in District 62, Unit 71, and reports directly to the equipment superintendent. This position is responsible for coordinating maintenance and service repairs with master mechanics, road mechanics, equipment transport, welding and fabrication, and body repair to provide maximum service at minimum cost.
