Perform extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

What we're looking for:
MUST HAVE A P C INSURANCE CERTIFICATION
MUST possess a high aptitude and expertise of understanding of P C INSURANCE
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Expertise in customer service/ support skills
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
1+ years of experience interacting directly with customers required
