Our Lady of the Lake Ascension is an 80-bed hospital with a census of 40. The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food & Nutrition for this hospital and will supervise a team of 13. The General Manager will come with a background in food service management with a proven ability to lead teams and foster culture.This General Manager position is a great opportunity to manage the food service department within a proactive hospital environment. Successful candidates will require a strong fiscal, cafeteria/front of the house management, financial acumen, tramline experience, and culinary management skill set.What You'll Do
direct and oversee all food and nutrition service day-to-day operations.
manage, develop, mentor and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees.
achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
develop and maintain client and customer relationships
