Work on-site (no remote work available)

Active/recent Secret U.S. Government security clearance.

Experience in telecommunications management to facilitate all base operations.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a management position.

Experience in managing inside and outside plant operations to include Special Projects.

Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions for a sizeable staff of diverse areas of expertise.

Security Plus certification.

BICSI certified training.

RCDD certification, Fiber certifications, familiarity with I3MP.

Experience with MCA, UMMCA, and SRA Projects.

Meet with Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the NEC Director to review operational status, discuss ongoing issues, and provide technical strategy for day-to-day operations and special projects.

Responsible for all operations, personnel management, and customer support in the Administrative Telephone Support section.

Oversee the review of system and equipment reports, identify conflicts in tasking, provide recommended solutions, perform site surveys, submit required documents for digging permits.

Oversee the monitoring and diagnosis of switch alarms, oversee routine preventative maintenance on switch hardware and equipment and all outside plant routine maintenance requirements.

Oversee diagnosis and replacement of faulty switch circuit packs and switching equipment.

Oversee the resolution of customer trouble calls.

Provide day-to-day supervision over sizable workforce.
