We are looking for a reliable laborer to assist our fiber blowing crew with the installation of fiber optic cables and MSTs (Multiport Service Terminals). This is a hands-on outdoor job that requires physical strength, teamwork, and responsibility. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet at the crew’s departure location. Travel across Louisiana is part of the job, and overnight stays may be required.
Responsibilities:
Assist with setting up and operating fiber blowing equipment
Help install MSTs and pull fiber through conduits
Load/unload tools and materials
Follow safety protocols at all times
Drive company vehicle when needed
Support crew with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (required)
Reliable transportation to base location
Willingness to travel throughout Louisiana
Ability to stay overnight when needed
Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet all day
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
