Position: Campground Host
Location: Established RV Park, near Leesville, LA
Compensation: Free Lot Rent + Monthly Stipend (negotiable based on experience)

We are an established RV park near Leesville, Louisiana, known for our clean, well-maintained facilities and welcoming atmosphere. Our park is on the path to being automated, providing a seamless experience for guests. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and responsible Campground Host to serve as an on-site presence, assist with guest relations, manage contractors, and ensure that our park maintains its high standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean and orderly park, including light maintenance and ensuring common areas are well-kept.
Provide cleaning services for the common areas of the park including restrooms and showers.
Monitor the park to ensure compliance with rules and address any issues that may arise.
Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes as needed.
Respond to guest inquiries in person and through phone or text.
Coordinate with management to report any maintenance or operational concerns.
Coordinate with contractors for more significant repairs.
Handle basic troubleshooting for the park’s automated systems (training provided).
Requirements:
Must be friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with guests.
Basic maintenance skills are a plus.
Reliable and able to maintain a consistent on-site presence.
Must be able to reside on-site in your own RV (free lot rent provided).
Previous experience in hospitality or campground management is preferred but not required.
Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation:
Free lot rent for your RV.
Monthly stipend (negotiable based on experience and specific roles).
