Role: Responsible for all aspects of the RFO program, utilizing a cross-functional leadership style working closely with internal teams such as Operations, Operations Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, HSE, Regulatory, IT, HR. Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a structured, well-managed and executed RFO program from end-to-end.
  • Guide & monitor the planning and execution necessary to support timely completion of RFO deliverables (i.e. Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Commercial etc.).
  • Review RFO deliverables schedules to ensure that the appropriate level of details and structure are applied with effective progress monitoring
  • Conduct progress review meetings to coordinate, expedite and follow-up to meet RFO goals and objectives between all RFO functional teams.
  • Implement tracking process and reporting for RFO deliverables, integrating with company systems.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years industry experience in operations with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position of responsibility and expertise in an operating LNG facility.
  • Able to develop and execute a facility wide Ready for Operations program while clearly communicating expectations with all Functional Team Leaders and members on technical and operational matters.
  • Knowledge of RFO program and its processes is highly preferred.
  • Motivated with a hands-on experience in driving and expediting teams, and facilitating and coordinating to meet timelines, and accommodate any priority changes.
  • Excellent Organization and planning skills, with ability to gather and validate progress data and anticipate completion dates based on progress for a cross functional readiness program.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment with excellent leadership and written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Broad knowledge of planning, system, services, processes, and procedures for Operating facilities.
  • Project Management Tools including Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
  • Specific expertise with Primavera is mandatory.
