Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an experienced Offshore HSE Advisor with 10-15 years of offshore experience, ideally in Deepwater Production, Construction, P&A, and Projects. The schedule for this person will be 14/14, and they can sit anywhere as mileage and hotels are paid covered. However, this person will leave to go offshore from Houma, LA or Lake Charles, LA. The candidate will maintain and apply knowledge of current health and safety policies, review plans for new machinery, identify and correct hazards, and ensure compliance with BSEE, USCG, and OSHA regulations. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills are essential. 10+ years off offshore HSE experience
THUET Training (Tropical Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
Training/Project Management experience
Investigation trained (e.g. TapRoot, Cause Mapping - having specialized skills in root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of incidents and accidents)
OSHA Certification - Bachelor's Degree null
