Job Title: Customer Service AssociateLocation: Breaux Bridge, LA
Type: Part-Time (with potential for full-time)
Uniform: Dark blue jeans and closed-toed shoes
Shift: The position is from 12- 5:30pm M-FResponsibilities:
Ensure punctuality, integrity, and honesty in all tasks.
Lift and handle packages weighing up to 20lbs.
Utilize computer literacy and type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Maintain professionalism, a friendly demeanor, and a strong customer service orientation.
Assist customers in processing shipments using the internal Point of Sale System (training provided).
Handle printing, business card creations, and various print jobs for customers.
Packaging of shipments, clerical work, and processing passport applications.
Perform light cleaning of store spaces.
Responsible for cash drawer handling and bank deposits.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable wearing the prescribed uniform.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Previous experience in clerical work and customer service is a plus.
