• • Computer Proficiency: As a Customer Service Associate, you must be adept at using computer systems and handling various digital tasks.

• • Own Transportation: The role requires commuting to our location in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana.
• • Physical Capability: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 20lbs is essential for this position.

• • Specialized Experience: Individuals with experience in sublimation and vinyl craft work are strongly encouraged to apply.

• • Assist customers in shipping their packages with accuracy and efficiency.
• • Handle a variety of in-store services, including copying, faxing, printing, document scanning and shredding, business card design and production, and invoice design and production.
• • Provide specialized services such as t-shirt sublimation and vinyl printing on various products.
• • Assist customers in processing passport renewals and original applications, including taking passport photos.
• • Training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all aspects of the role.
