Job Description
Supervises vehicle repair and refinish process to ensure compliance with industry standards and insurance guidelines. Responsible for the delivery of a quality repair in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Body Shop Manager
- Solid understanding of estimating process and system
- Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
- A team leader focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Working knowledge of computers
- Possess a valid in-state driver's license
- Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record
- Pass a 7 year criminal background check and drug screen
Additional Information
Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment. The employee is required to read and interpret and follow processes and procedures. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open cubicle environment. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
