TemperaturePro® Baton Rouge is looking for ideal candidates that have strong communication skills for interreacting with customers and other team members. The candidate should be self-motivated, ambitious and willing to be a team player. They should have 3+ years of progressive experience in the HVAC industry and be able to perform various duties including entry-level maintenance, diagnostics, repair and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating equipment.

Minimum Requirements
1+ years of progressive HVAC experience
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
EPA Certified
Ability to diagnose, repair and service residential and commercial air conditioning and heating systems
Ability to test, repair or replace defective equipment, electrical circuits, components, or wiring
Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, power tools, voltage and current meters, thermocouples and flow sensors
Ability to test equipment after repair
Ability to work independently, or part of a team, to identify and resolve problems in the field
Obtain and maintain required certifications
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area
Must be able to demonstrate ability to use current Apple technology for communications and field reporting
Dedicated to work until the last job of the day is completed and to quality standards
Be willing to treat customers like you would your own family (respect, honesty and patience)
