We are seeking a motivated Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. As an Health Insurance Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to follow up on canceled policies, verify personal health information, and develop community partnerships with local businesses to generate leads. You will also be fully trained in insurance compliance and be able to service existing clients to ensure that policies are being assigned successfully. You can make on average $1,200+ per week (commission based).

Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and leads - Utilize retail sales techniques to promote insurance products - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs - Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele - Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers - Conduct insurance sales presentations and close deals - Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest improvements - Be fully trained in insurance compliance and be able to service existing clients to ensure that policies are being assigned successfully - Successfully enroll 20-30 apps per week with a 90% validity rate
Qualifications: - Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and potential partners. Excellent communication skills - Strong market knowledge in the insurance industry - Familiarity with telemarketing practices - Great with data tracking and data management. We use Google Sheets, Airtable, and IMS - Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable products - Proficient in negotiation techniques
