LaCour's Carpet World, Abbey Carpet & Flooring Baton Rouge is looking to hire a star to join our sales team and grow with us as we move our Retail Location in Baton Rouge. Residential and Commercial Flooring and Window Treatment Sales. Carpet / Vinyl / Ceramic Tile / Wood Flooring Blinds / Shades / Shutters.
Base Salary + Commission + Expenses. Salary based on experience.
Alternating Fixed 5 Day Work Week Tuesday - Saturday and Monday - Friday with every other Saturday / Weekend Off.
Ideal candidate will have computer skills ability to work with Excel Files and Word Documents for estimates / proposals.
Also Very Important, we are looking for someone with:
Pleasant attitude. Track record of working well with people.
Ability to learn product knowledge.
Ability to learn installation / measuring knowledge for preparing accurate estimates.
Ability to handle objections without sacrificing price.
Experience preferred but training can be provided for the right person.
