Duties include:
Showing ready apartments to be leased
Calling prospects to come and tour the properties
Completing and entering work orders for residents
Collecting deposits from prospects and assisting prospects in the application process
Giving thorough tours of the properties
Making sure target units are walked and ready
Good customer service a must and punctuality a must
