The Property Manager acts as the business leader, and is responsible for the overall operations and success of the apartment community while creating a positive and productive working environment for the team.
What you need to be a successful Property Manager with 1st Lake Properties:
¾Multifamily housing experience is a must
¾Excellent communication skills and an ability to maintain working relationships
¾Previous experience with AMSI and LRO preferred
¾A passion and dedication for delivering superior customer service
¾A highly approachable personality equipped with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
