Property management company seeks full-time Property Manager (40 hrs/wk) to manage two complexes - both located in Clinton, LA.
The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous residential property management experience at a tax credit or rural development complex preferred.
Must have valid DL and reliable transportation.
$12 - $13 per hour DOE.
Monthly travel/cellphone stipend provided
Position is eligible for health, dental, and life insurance benefits after 60 days of employment, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Must be able to successfully pass criminal, credit, and reference checks.
Rent-free housing with utilities paid is offered with this position. No pets allowed.
