We are a 15year old Multi million dollar Home Improvement company that is seeking a Call center Manager. We are one of the largest Home Improvement Companies in the area with one of the most recognized names in our field. Kitchens , Bathrooms ,your team will have warm list to call from. We are looking for someone to manage 5-12 callers that are able to set leads for our sales staff. We have over 5,000 warm leads to be called on ! This candidate would also be responsible for overseeing our Internet marketing department with cost and expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.

Develops and manages marketing operating budgets for Telemarketing Dept.

Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. . .

Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.

Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Directs Promotion forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.

Directs market channel development activity and coordinates lead distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and product goals.

Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. .

Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client

base expansion.

Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Directs product research and development.
