The duties of the Paralegal shall include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide paralegal support for one attorney;
Perform recurring duties independently;
Review and prepare summaries of records;
Calendar management for multiple individuals;
Draft pleadings, memoranda, correspondence, and other documentation associated with case defense;
Organize and maintain paper and electronic records on cases and assist in maintenance of file related materials;
Schedule zoom meetings, file pleadings with the Court, Draft and send out discovery;
Accept additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
