-extensive make-ready experience
-painting
-flooring
-sheetrock repair
-climbing is needed into some crawl spaces to assess repairs
-general household repairs such as clogs, leaks, A/C replacement - just to name a few.
-basically if you were a homeowner, would you be able to do everything to keep your house in good running order?
-property landscaping and trash pickup
