Very established company has an immediate opening for an HVAC tech. The following are skills/attributes we are seeking in our candidate:
Preferably no less than 2 years experience in apartment maintenance industry
HVAC experience a MUST
Apartment maintenance experience a plus
Highly motivated individual with a can do attitude
A dedicated individual who enjoys being part of a fast paced work day
A team player who works well with others as well as individually to accomplish team workloads
Pay rate will be determined by level of experience
