Landscape workers (South Baton Rouge)
Landscape based employees needed for growing Lawn and Landscape company in South Baton Rouge.
-Must have experience in landscaping industry.
-Must have basic understanding of landscaping (planting plants, prepping beds, general maintenance practices etc.)
-Must have knowledge of how to operate lawn and landscaping machinery safely and effectively while providing quality work.
-Must enjoy working outdoors and in good physical condition (can tolerate long days outside in the heat with few breaks)
-Must be reliable and on time daily.
-Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, preferably own vehicle.
-Serious inquiries only as we are looking for long term employees ( at least 1 year with company).
- Must have references from previous jobs worked - resumes are welcome in addition to reference list.
This is a quality based company and all employees are expected to uphold care of equipment and quality of work based on the operating principles of this company. We determine hourly pay based on experience and information obtained through the interview process.
