Position: Evening Cleaning Supervisor
We at UC CLEANING ARE seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as an Evening Cleaning Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the evening cleaning operations of our sites, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of cleaning staff
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to each member of the team
- Ensure that all cleaning activities are carried out according to established standards
- Perform spot checks and inspections to ensure quality control
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as time sheets and incident reports
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role, in a cleaning or janitorial environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic computer skills
Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
