In this position as a Senior Regional Sales Manager you will lead all aspects of engagements with Channel Partners and End Users for our Gas Detection Business (SST). You will build relationships and understand customer requirements to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define a sales and growth strategy toward key sub segments while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the Honeywell value proposition to the customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive Overall Strategy for fixed gas detection in territory.

Develop and manage account plans.

Identify opportunities.

Negotiate and close.

Articulate and deliver the Honeywell value proposition.

Manage channel partners and distributors.

Drive growth with channel partners and distributors and end user sales/penetration

Engage with regional sales team to deploy key initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

3+ years of experience in Account management, sales, and/or sales support

1+ experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce

WE VALUE

Bachelor's Degree

5+ yrs of experience Account management, sales, and/or sales support experience

Experience with gas detection equipment

Knowledge of oil and gas markets

Distribution or channel partner management experience

Excellent communication skills
