Description:Will be responsible for coordinating project team activities and supporting Project Managers with regards to project logistics, scheduling, and planning. This role will also provide direct administrative support to the PMO Manager.

Attends required meetings in person and/or remotely.

Chairs and facilitates PMO meetings where appropriate. Plans and coordinates additional PMO functions as required.

Responsible for meeting minutes and summary from transmission PMO meetings. Minutes will be distributed to the necessary internal and external stakeholders.

Handle administrative tasks for the PMO Manager and fellow team members.

Assists with maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

Documents and follows up on important actions items and decisions that stem from PMO meetings and by direction of the PMO Manager.

Prepares necessary presentation materials for the PMO Manager and PMO meetings.

When requested ensures project and internal initiative deadlines are met. Assists with tracking critical path items and reporting escalation as needed.

Assists with project change communication.

Provides administrative support and reporting functions as required.

Updates project tracking, budgetary, and other miscellaneous client software as required. Orders materials, services, and other necessary items as requested.

Ensures assigned tasks are completed within the guidelines of the PMO framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each PMO project.

Creates and maintains a project management calendar for fulfilling PMO goals and objectives. Maintains shared PMO drives and SharePoint pages as needed.

Responsible for tracking, coordinating, updating, and disseminating PMO written materials; including the PMO Playbook, handbooks, manuals, and any other onboarding/training materials.
