Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
  • Degree in Architecture from Accredited University
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience in Educational, Hospitality, Office, and/or Multi-Family project design.
  • Proficient in REVIT (Required), 3D software, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
  • Architectural Licensure Desired
  • Strong attention to detail, presentation, client management and communication skills
  • Strong Architectural skills in design, detailing and construction administration
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Excellent organizational and research skills
Duties
  • Assist the Project Manager or lead the following tasks
  • Assist with leading and preparing of the documents for SD, DD, and CD
  • Produce 3D renderings to present the design to clients
  • Work individually and with the team in developing planning and creative-design concepts of a project
  • Coordinate and manage consultant's workflow
  • Meet with clients to gather requirements for projects
  • Set up project files and drawing sets utilizing firm standards
  • Complete project specific Code Analysis
  • Work to prepare a complete and accurate project manual/specifications
  • Occasional Travel may be required
