- Degree in Architecture from Accredited University
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in Educational, Hospitality, Office, and/or Multi-Family project design.
- Proficient in REVIT (Required), 3D software, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
- Architectural Licensure Desired
- Strong attention to detail, presentation, client management and communication skills
- Strong Architectural skills in design, detailing and construction administration
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Excellent organizational and research skills
- Assist the Project Manager or lead the following tasks
- Assist with leading and preparing of the documents for SD, DD, and CD
- Produce 3D renderings to present the design to clients
- Work individually and with the team in developing planning and creative-design concepts of a project
- Coordinate and manage consultant's workflow
- Meet with clients to gather requirements for projects
- Set up project files and drawing sets utilizing firm standards
- Complete project specific Code Analysis
- Work to prepare a complete and accurate project manual/specifications
- Occasional Travel may be required
