Location– LASERS is easily accessed near the I-10 / I-12 split on Essen Lane. The building is far from the downtown congestion, and the facility provides ample parking, on-site security, and a dedicated employee entrance.
Workstations – Developer workstations include powerful PCs with multiple monitors.
Remote Work available –Per LASERS telework policy, a hybrid work schedule with up to two (2) days of remote work may be considered after a probational period.

Designs, codes, compiles, tests, debugs, modifies and documents new and existing highly complex mission critical applications. Develops programs within accepted standards, procedures, and guidelines. Knowledge of business rules, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET and Visual Studio essential.
Produce ad-hoc reports, database queries, and computer data files as requested periodically by external State Agencies, private organizations, or end business clients.
Analyzes change requests and determines impact on existing mission-critical systems. Meets with clients to discuss issues, define change requests, document current and future business requirements and communicate status of existing change requests. This includes impromptu meetings, design sessions, and informal consultations.
