Provide remote and onsite support to end-users
Resolve numerous service requests each day
Support various versions of desktop operating systems (Windows, Chrome OS, etc.)
Troubleshoot and repair personal computers
Work with other team members to replace, install, and assist in configuration of Network equipment.
Image and prepare devices for end users
Detect and remove viruses and malware
Precisely document problems and resolutions steps
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience in IT supporting end-users
Experience helping users with remote control technology
Experience supporting the Microsoft product stack
Strong customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate
Attention to detail

Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 years experience in IT supporting end-users
