Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define electrical engineering requirements and specifications for new projects. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the viability and safety of electrical systems. Develop and implement electrical engineering standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering issues, providing technical guidance and support to the team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of electrical systems. Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and advanced manufacturing technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering rolesWE VALUE: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes Experience in developing and implementing electrical engineering standards and procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience in a similar role within the energy and sustainability solutions industry Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
