Supplemental InformationThis Administrative Coordinator 2 position is located in DPS/Office of Management and Finance, in the Facility Services Section. This position is the assistant to the supervisor over the DPS Warehouse and the DPS mail Room. The incumbent assists the supervisor in serving as the liaison and contact person for the Department between other departments and outside agencies customers, and vendors, and receives forms and reviews them for compliance. The incumbent is the secondary point of contact for the Department Mail Room and Warehouse and assists in making determinations regarding a client’s (department section, outside agency, vendor, etc.) eligibility for utilizing the services of either section. The incumbent assists the supervisor in compiling specialized reports for both the Warehouse and Mail Room.
