Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Technician

Job duties include, but are not limited to:We are looking for a dependable, compassionate Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Technician to join our team. This dual-role position involves both patient care and facility support.Key Responsibilities:Restrain pets for exams and treatmentsAssist with triage, diagnostics, lab work, and imagingAdminister medications and provide nursing carePrep and assist in surgeries and monitor anesthesiaFeed, walk, bathe, and medicate hospitalized and boarding animalsMaintain clean kennels and hospital areasRestock supplies and assist with recordkeepingSupport post-op recovery and monitor patient behaviorClean and sterilize surgical instrumentsRequirements:Comfortable with strong odors, noise, and exposure to animal waste, bites, scratches, or diseaseAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsGrowth Opportunities:We offer hands-on and virtual training to help you grow in your role or advance your veterinary career.
