Position Summary:As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.Job Requirements Required Licenses
/Licensed Practical Nurse/
Current LPN Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky OR a Current LPN Licensure with a multistate compact status.Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in the Operating Room.Required Skills
Certifications:
Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.
