Can perform phlebotomy and processing independently. Under the direct supervision of the lab Supervisor and Director of Laboratory Services will coordinate the daily operations of the phlebotomy staff and collection processes-including offsite collection areas. Will coordinate the training, competencies and education of the laboratory personnel. Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
