The Director of Business Development is responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities relating to the promotion of the organization’s programs and services. Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of five years marketing experience, preferable in the psychiatric, chemical dependence or health care field.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Must possess excellent organization skills and be able to establish the most effective way to present information.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken and written word.
