For more information, visit our website , or connect with us on LinkedIn or Twitter.Responsibilities· Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements, ensure contractor compliance with all safety policies· Coordinate all aspects of projects pertaining to the technical activities on assigned projects· Acquire quotes from vendors on new equipment or modifications to existing processing equipment· Determine costs on new and proprietary projects, and manage the spending throughout the project· Prepare all necessary documents for capital expenditure requests· Control project variables; timing, cost, quality, and risks· Coordinate the construction of new production and any accessory equipment necessary for projects· Oversee the commissioning of new production equipment and process, including training for the production personnel· Work with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to develop quality assurance testing programs on completed projects· Insure the project will be completed on time, within budget, and achieve the stated deliverables for the projectQualifications· Engineering Degree required (mechanical engineering preferred)· Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and provide direction in a positive manner· Ability to travel as required· Proficient with CAD and Microsoft projectWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
