Salary: Starting at $62,500+ (negotiable based on experience)

The Job
Manage a team of up to 25 truck drivers, assigning loads and monitoring their performance
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and DOT regulations, as well as company policies
Monitor driver mileage and hours of service to optimize utilization and productivity
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, brokers, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with backhaul specialists to meet requirements
Provide recommendations on driver performance, evaluation, discipline, and termination
Manage driver schedules, pay, time off, and other administrative tasks
Knowledge and Skill to be Successful
Previous dispatch experience
Knowledge of TMW a plus
Problem solving skills
Advanced communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
