Hi. I'm a builder and developer, and I'm looking for a second lead maintenance tech, to assist with maintaining our properties, as well as working on our new construction projects. We currently have a 38-unit apartment complex, a handful of single family homes, and a bar and hotel project. Our properties are nice. This is a full-time position, and can be a career.
I'm looking for someone with a van or truck, able of pulling lawn equipment for example. Must have a smart phone. Attention to detail is important. Must appear and act professional, and be organized. And must be skilled and a handful of areas, and able to problem solve and learn how to deal with things that might not be your main skill.
I'm looking for someone who is stable, consistent, and who is looking for a long term position. This person must care about the experience our residents and guest have at our properties, and take good care of their own property, and treat our property the same.
In regards to pay or other benefits, I never provide housing to a staff member. And I can't just give you my best hourly rate up front. But if someone can come in and prove to be reliable, consistent, and to not only do good work but make an effort to slowly improve our company and grow, I can make increases fairly quickly.
