Equipment operator - drainage and concrete work

I am looking for an operator who can run a mini excavator. Preferably someone who has experience in pouring concrete as well. The type of work we do includes drainage projects for Louisville MSD (this includes ADS pipe, catch basins, paved ditches, driveway apron replacement etc), footing excavation and pouring, as well as digging and running conduit for electric lines. I have a specific way that I have learned works to do most of the work we do. So experience is very helpful, but also, having a teachable attitude is a must. I will do random drug tests, because I can't have the liability of having guys on equipment high or drunk (I don't really care about weed on a drug test, but that is also strictly prohibited on jobsites). Starting pay will be $23/hr cash (with 1099) to start out for the first couple weeks. Then, if it ends up being a fit, I will give a raise of around $2-4/hr and move you over to a W2 payroll employee. A good driving record and ability to pull equipment on a trailer is a big help as well. The equipment we run consists of Cat 304s, a 303.5, and a 259 skid steer.
