Commercial and Industrial Plumber
No Residential – No spec work – Design-Build Only
Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out regular maintenance:
o Inspect previously installed plumbing and have the ability to diagnose and repair.
Preform new plumbing installs.
Stay up-to-date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing codes.
Be able to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.
o You will be required to be there when the inspector is there.
Keep accurate, legible and complete records/time cards
Communicate with clients, team members and fellow employees.

o Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
Work independently and collaboratively with the team, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
Push, lift, and pull up to 100 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time.

Work Schedule
Full-time - 40-hour week: 10-hour days.
o Monday – Thursday: 6:00am-4:30pm.
Pay
Starting at $32-$35 an hour.
Education
High school or equivalent.
License/Certification
Journeyman Plumber (Preferred).
Valid driver's License (Must have).
Experience
At least 5 years of experience.
