We are looking for aCustomer Service/Inside Sales Representativeto help take us to the next level!Summary/ObjectiveCustomer Service/Inside Sales Representatives greet customers and assist them in selecting products to purchase, sells products and services, quotes jobs and projects as requested, ensures deliveries get scheduled, processes orders & special orders as needed, and supports outside sales and the company in all selling/customer related activities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Enhances and maintains sales and relationships with existing customer accounts. Develops relationships with and gains sales with new and current customers. Strong customer service skills.Approaches the workday with high Energy and a positive outlook.Primary contact with our established “House Accounts”.Excellent multi-tasking skills and communication skills. Answers telephone for sales department.
