Property Manager Full Time Position

Seeking full/part time Manager for a regional property management company to run maintenance staff, perform inspections, meet clientele and make bank deposits. Properties located in Shelbyville, KY and Anchorage, KY. HUD housing experience preferred but not necessary to qualify. Must have a reliable form of transportation, be accountable for holding steady office hours in one or both locations and be willing to learn paperwork processes, and organization. Pay from 15-22 $hr based on experience.
