A residential multi-family management company seeks a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team at our apartment community in Louisville, KY
To candidates will have the follow qualifications:
Prior maintenance experience in the multifamily property management industry preferred Or maintenance experience with a desire to learn maintenance in the multifamily industry
Prior renovation/construction experience
HVAC certification preferred
Knowledgeable in all areas of maintenance
High School diploma or Ged required
Ability to follow directions and work well with others required
Regular schedule includes weekends
