Campbellsville ADMIN HUD

Seeking local full time employee for a property management position to oversee the management of 5 section 8 complexes throughout the state of KY. Job will involve travel to the sites to perform paperwork audits weekly and the remainder of the time will be office duties in Campbellsville. Applicants with prior HUD experience are preferred or experience in accounting. Computer literacy, diligent paperwork execution and personal accountability is required as well as a good driving record and a reliable, efficient automobile. Pay is negotiable.
